Grande Apartments

This place has gotten worst with new management Roselle Grande Management that took over 6/26/2019. This PLACE does not deserve any stars. This place has roaches in the Apartments And in the hallways. TENANT LEAVE GARBAGE IN THE HALLWAY! I complained to Abby management office and says she will send letters out no letters were sent! It’s a waste of your time calling the super and calling the office. If you have issues to be addressed and requires repair you will be waiting for months and guess... what I am still waiting 6 months now and no repairs yet to be set and done. Super that they have here is an AH. Everyone at Roselle grande is incompetent. Dumpster over fills and recycle bins over fills. No parking available on the street. Parking lot is a mess. It’s just hasn’t been good here since after 2014 with old management And now it’s only worst with new management.The rent they charge here not worth the apartments. I highly recommend not to rent here. Ask the tenants Here before you make that decision to leave a deposit. Come back when tenant are home. Believe me I am saving you the headache. Read More

Grande apartments has been my residence for three years. During those three years I have experience emails not answered and calls not returned. I've have many many issues. Yellow fluid leaking from the tenants bathroom into mine, broken refrigerator, sewer issues with my bathroom sinnk, the bathtub and and tiles was coated with paint that constantly pealed and my car was vandalized and of course the building isnt equiped with cameras. I was having heating issues in my apartment. The maintence... requests I would send out will all closed without the situation being rectified nor anyone contacting me. The tenants will smoke in the hallways and outside the entrance. The walls are very very thin I worked nights and all day during the day was a dog that cried and jumped in the apartment above me; as per management a no dog residence. The property manager, Neil, is very very unprofessional. I have been over talked and hung up by him a few times. If being a property manager requires that kind of attitude I'm sure a lot more people will have jobs.I just never expected this kind of treatment and I was very disgusted. One conversation with him he stated that he didn't want to talk to me anymore and I need to seek legal advice. this place will get zero stars from me. this place is terrible do not move here!!! super unprofessional. the super Alex came inside my apartment while my husband and i were working to check a leak that the tenants below were complaining about and he broke our brand new television! the management company did not care and did not even bother to address the issue. and now we just experience 4 days with our electricity going off and on through out the night and our groceries were ruined and once... again the management company never called me back to address the issue. save your money and rent elsewhere please.
