Parkview Village

Lived here a long time ago and from the looks of it it hasn't improved. Very old apts, plumbing issues always, mold everywhere. My cable went out several times because rats chewed through the wires, the garbage room was infested with cockroaches, I lived in the back unit by the creek from the park and GIANT rats were on my porch - old owner would not take care of it said to call the city. The person who came to put rat poison in the creek bed ran out in fear said he saw some of the biggest rats... he had ever seen in his life. Was a high crime area but they seem to of cleaned up some of the area but I was robbed when I lived there. I would look elsewhere. Read More

The whole complex smells like garbarage, the parking lot is too small and made of sharp gravel, the property is dirty, the laundry room is made of mold, the grass is unkempt, the apartments themselves are so old and rundown its only a matter of time before they crumble in on themselves. The staff is nasty, creepy, and don't respect privacy, especially Larry!! Disgusting!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. No one should live there.
