Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Violation of the no-parties policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind – this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID and verify with a “selfie” to a secure portal before being allowed to check in. The primary guest must be 25+ years old and personally occupy the property for the full stay. Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund. Security cameras are present on the exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area, and may record audio & video footage 24/7. There are no recording devices inside the home or apartment or any other private area. Please place trash in designated bins outside, load used dishes into the dishwasher or sink, and generally tidy up after yourselves before checkout.
