This place has gone way downhill

The heat doesn’t work properly I had to bleed my own baseboard radiator twice a day just to keep the heat in the 70’s and that was on 2nd floor unit. laundry areas smell like smoke, flood and have machines that break on a regular basis. This used to be a great place to live before management changed hands and the new landlord is greedy who will drum up charges when you leave and threaten you with litigation if you try to fight them. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!

A great find

Hamilton Ct Apts is a well managed garden property that tenants feel comfortable calling their home. Quiet, safe, and friendly community that is one of the best of South Jersey. Highly recommend.

My Review

I love living at Hamilton Court Apartments. I used to live there previously (2x's)and I would have to say that I have never had a problems. I have been here for 5 years and in that time, anytime I needed any assistance; they were there for me. From repairs to helping me out when I have locked myself out; they acted in a quick and timely manner. Toni, who is the apartment manager, has become a friend and is a great listener. She is very friendly and doesn't mind the company when she is not busy.... The other people who live there are friendly and there have never been any problems since I have been there. The location is great and it is a safe neighborhood. They are always looking to improve and update the living conditions such as new washers and dryers, landscaping, etc. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would like to live in a nice area.
