Apartment review

It’s very comfortable if you’re living alone or with a partner. Affordable in the crazy times we live in and most of all love the convenience of location! Lots of shops food options and the Wawa next door. Julie was very helpful in the process would definitely recommend to someone who is starting out on their own. Only downside I would say is that it would be nice to have a grilling area for barbecues. Undstanding for people not having personal one’s near the complex but in the open courtyard it… would be nice. Other than that great place.

Great Location!

Love my apartment! Great neighbors, exceptional maintenance staff addresses any issue promptly. Right in the heart of Somers Point, everything you need is close by. So glad I chose The Carriage House!

Great complex!

Great property and landscaping! I have lived here for a couple years now and have not had any pest control problems. The maintenance crew is great and really help you out. I love the area! Grocery store right across the street and many restaurants and banks around!

Love it !

I’ve been here almost 7 months and I can confidently say I love it here. Neighbors are amazing, quiet neighborhood, very safe, and haven’t had any issues. Management communicates effectively and handles any issues with urgency! Love it here
