Unprofessional

Went to check out 2 bedrooms with my boyfriend and friend. Arrived on time, pushed the service button many times before finally calling. Lady picked up and said "Well, I'm here and I didn't hear it so you must've not pushed it hard enough. Sometimes it's like that." Waited a few more minutes, she came out with a hoodie, leggings, messy hair, and NO SHOES! Told us the apartments were only 2 tenants per unit, when numerous websites said nothing of the sort and we included the number of people in… the email. We left very dissatisfied to have wasted that time.
TLDR: Late, unprofessional, and no mention of 2 tenants per unit!

Happy Tenant recommends Dorchester House

These affordable, well-maintained apartments are in an excellent location (walking distance from the center of town). After viewing many rentals in the area -- and living here for the last year and a half -- I feel comfortable saying that Dorchester House is the best value in the area. Management not only takes pride in the appearance of the property, but it genuinely cares about creating a comfortable living environment for all of its tenants. A friendly, HARD-WORKING maintenance staff also… keeps the property well-maintained year-round. I highly suggest checking out an apartment at Dorchester House before signing a lease anywhere else!

Dorchester House - Great Apartments

Dorchester House is a great apartment building. The apartments are good sized with remodeled kitchens and bathrooms.

The grounds are exceptionally well kept and the common areas are always well maintained.

Management runs a tight ship which makes for a quiet, relaxing environment.
