Somerville Parc

Dog owners allow their dogs to let out their waste underneath first floor tenants windows. You can smell the unpleasant smell when the windows are open. When someone walks that close you can also see inside the apartment. I sent numerous complaints to management about this but nothing has been done.

Couldn’t be happier living here. Angelo who is in charge of the building is amazing, anything you need he is on it right away, he keeps the place in tip top shape and is always smiling and friendly. He will give you a hand with anything. The concierge’s Tatum & Nicole are friendly, helpful and kind, they know everyone by name and are always there to help you if you have packages & can’t open the door and go above and beyond their duties, they both have extended their friendliness to my friends &… family and recognize them, they are like family at this point as is Angelo & his family. The management in the building are very accommodating, Aerie is very nice to work with. I can’t not mention Ed, the leasing agent and his team! Ed is full of energy, fun, and has become a friend. His energy is infectious and he will go out of his way for anyone. We have watched this building grow over these past months, the residents here are all friendly and respectful. We all come from different walks of life, single, young couples, retirees, small families, friends starting out, all races & creeds, dogs, cats, it’s an eclectic mix and it works here. The building is spotless, they have a great game room, quiet room, bike storage, storage units, ample parking, charging stations for electric cars, small gym (bigger gym will be in stage II building which is coming along nicely, along with a pool & indoor doggie area) coffee area. I wasn’t sure how I’d do staying here since I’d never lived in an apartment before, but it’s been an easy transition, mostly due to the people who are staffed here. Read More
