Nice Apartments

These apartments are spacious, have a lot of natural light and lots of character. They are walking distance to downtown Summit and the train station. Albert, the super, is always responsive and helpful with any maintenance issues and does a great job in maintaining the property. The onsite property manager is also helpful with any issues.

Best Super EVER!

We have the best super ever! Albert is a star and we would be lost without him. One of the main reasons we are renewing the lease is due to the great onsite staff. Also, the apartments are great. They remind me of my apt from downtown Manhattan.

Love my new apartment! It's GORGEOUS! Th location is unbeatable. I love that I'm able to walk to downtown. Albert, the super is extremely knowledgeable and can fix anything. Jen, the property manager (onsite) is always willing to help. I'm a happy camper!
