It’s gross, unkempt, and falling apart. Thank god my lease is almost up.

The buildings are old, not a crime, but they are not kept up. Roaches coming through the floors from the basement/crawl space below, standing water and mold in the basement (basements are where all the water heaters and electrical are, not under all apartments), constantly having construction which results in, with no warning, the water turned off, electrical turned off. Constantly doing construction with no notice to residents. Maintenance extension is never answered and voicemail box is full with no way to get in contact with management. Construction workers don’t clean up and leave shared areas and front lawn trashed.

the super is the rudest most incompetent person i have ever met, they will do anything to avoid making repairs and will do anything to make you pay for them, the owners are the most disrespectful people on the planet, the property is not taken care of - needless to say, this is an overpriced nightmare of a property. you’d be better off renting in hell. find somewhere else

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Impossible to get a hold of management, loud construction with zero notice to current tenets or respect for property. Extremely overpriced and some of the rudest, uncaring landlords I have ever dealt with.
