10 Unit Multifamily + Additional Income

This apartment complex is infested with bed bugs. The exterminator told me this is the worst case of bed bugs he’s ever seen. The owner refuses to exterminate the entire building. The whole building is infested, instead he does 1 apartment every 5 months which is ridiculous and that’s why the issue is still there. The entire building needs to be sprayed as a whole at the same time, the owner is cheap and disgusting for allowing tenants to endure these living conditions.

I was 5 months pregnant when I moved in here and not even 3 weeks we're moving out. Bed bug infestation in every single apartment . No one deserves to be told there aren't ANY bed bugs then wake up covered in bites. The 10 year old carpet didn't help.
They let us move her knowing we're going to raise a baby in a bed bug infestation. Nice.
