Great place to live

My husband and I absolutely love living here. Our sister building is 323 willow street and the apartments are equally as nice. We have hard-wood floors, washer and dryer in unit, 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms and two walk-in closets. If anything ever needs to be done, our super takes care of it right away. And best of all they allow pets! The rent is a bit high but it's worth it. We've been living here for almost 5 years

Wonderful Willow

Parkview Commons is a fantastic place to live. Large closets, hardwood flooring in entry and living room and carpeted bedrooms. Dishwasher and laundry in unit. The building has a lovely lobby, and requires buzz entry for guests. A great live-in building manager is available to fix anything you need, and sign for packages, etc. he also keeps the common spaces immaculate.

We have underground parking and elevators. Dogs are allowed (cats are probably allowed too, but who knows...)!!

As for the… location, it has easy access to all major highways, you can get into NYC in under 20 minutes.

The building is located very close to a beautiful park (and a Dairy Queen - yay!)

I would have given it all five stars if it weren't for two things missing: there is no disposal and there are no bathroom fans...
