I had roaches which came from the neighbor who reported them a month before. and black mold because the upstairs neighbors bathroom flooded.. The landlord sent the super over with raid...then the exterminator came almost 2 weeks after. There was a massive hole in my ceiling for weeks. Mold grew like crazy. All they did was patch it with sheetrock. Dont move in there.

We lived here for almost a year have a drug dealer below us been broken into and robbed. Had Money stolen which put us 2 months behind we tried over 10 times to contact owners to resolve this matter never got in touch so they took us to court and got their way of evicting us with only a 5 day notice for we are willing to pay half of the back rent then make payments while paying every month but still no contact with owners. other then that nothing was upto date we had to pay Verizon to redo all… wiring and equipment do to not working and out dated hand railing was broking never got fixed bathroom had mold and mildew the wall had a ugly quick patch job where looks like someones head was put through shower faucet broken had to hire a plumber and pay out of pocket had to have 2 outlets replaced were not up to code for in the bathroom and by kitchen sink paid out of pocket all together we had to pay over 1800. In repairs plus 1060. A month and we are low income and they won't give security deposit back as well.
