I use to live there. The place is run down and bathrooms have mold. Air vent is on the wall instead of ceiling so plan on having a stench. If u put in work orders to fix the old run down place u will be targeted anyway they can. Do yourself a favor and spend ur monthly rent money wisely. Beware look elsewhere!! Management may seem nice but when backed into a corner with work orders they will strike back.

Horrible Owners
Refused to give a $500 referral or take it off a rental payment, wouldn’t send anyone to fix an air conditioner, and did not give back the security deposit for a blind that was already broken. Other neighbors have complained as well.

Beautiful Views and a quiet neighborhood.
I moved in a few months ago and I love it!! The units are cozy and quiet. It is a townhouse so you have two levels (no noisy neighbors above you!!.) The complex is quiet and the services are great. The wonderful office staff is there 6 days a week if you need anything and maintenance is on site. It is a refreshing change from the noisy apartment complex I was at before!

Not worth applying
They did not return my $250 reservation fee after getting decline. I already paid $50 for the application and Silvia said I will get my refund for 7-10 days if I get decline or cancel an application. They dispute the $250

Don’t do it!
Not worth the money! No real amenities, you have to pay for a card to use the gym if you want and it’s just an old apartment with a few machine thrown in it, you also only get one car and have to pay an additional price to have the second. When we open our dryer you can feel the cold air coming in as well as from the moldy gross AC units. The carpets are absolutely disgusting and when we moved in the apartment was barley cleaned. I wish I knew before moving showing up with a moving truck so I... could have actually cleaned appropriately. The office is absolutely horrendous to get in touch with. No one answers the phone and emails take forever to be responded to or they respond and don’t actually address issues you’re having. They advertise the apartments as luxury and they are farrrr from it!
