Place is always dirty! Management is nasty and rude! Mice and roaches! Drains are always clogged !! No maintenance team! Nothing really in the building for all you pay and parking lot is always broken into it

Bedbugs and Mice
Lived here for about 2 years. My first year here there was a huge bedbug problem. The entire 3rd floor had to get treated for bedbugs. Months down the line, someone moved in a couple doors down the hall and kept there trash in the hallway. Mice started to come and that became a problem. Not to mention management doesn’t answer the phone to provide solutions or answers. I’ve tried reaching out to management multiple times and heard nothing back. The spiral staircase in my unit was a huge concern... as it was very loose. One of the steps became loose and fell off one day when I arrived home. I noticed maintenance and it took them 7 days to fix it. I had to sleep on my couch for those 7 days.

Thin walls & loud neighbors
I cannot wait to move so I can sleep! I feel like I live with my neighbors. You hear every step your upstairs neighbors take. Their kitchen/living room is above your bedroom. And mine like to stump around all day and drop heavy objects on the hardwood floor after 8pm and well into midnight. More people are working from home and we have to listen to these daily obnoxious noises non-stop. I’m over it!

Was a good place
If you enjoy $250 to $450 utility bills, cockroaches popping in from time to time, garbage inside and around the building including, used condoms, beer and liquor bottles, dog waste and old furniture, this is the place for you. The new "Management group" took this property from a 4 stars to a 2 stars fast! 3 years here and when my lease is up, I'm out!

Great place to live!
I lived in the Roebling Lofts this past year, and highly recommend it! The apartments are beautiful and light-filled, the new kitchen appliances are excellent, and it is an all around extremely comfortable place to live. I regularly commuted to New York and the access to the Transit Center is a major plus. The neighborhood isn't much to look at but has a number of great restaurants, new coffee shops, and an interesting history.
