Amazing view but very badly managed

The apartment is nice, most things are working however insulation needs upgrades (windows are literally freezing inside- you could scrap of the ice in cold days), a lot of leaks here and there, cleaning could be better.

The area is not what is being prompted, there’s a school across the street and no actual NYC view lol
