So far I love the vibe in the complex. Always very clean, staff is responsive. The apartment is spacious and the amenities are great!!! Parking is easy. The fitness center is one of the best I've seen

I've been living at Canter Green in Union for over 1 year. My experience has been good for the most part.
Good news: Administrative management and maintenance personal are very cordial and helpful and follow up quickly with requests. The amenities are very good, They host several community events throughout the year.
Not so good news: Neighbors although are friendly, are sometimes not considerate and are sometimes noisy and leave trash around the parking lot and facility.

I have lived at Canter Green since it opened. The entire facility is well taken care of. The staff is friendly and approachable for all matters. The building is clean and maintained well. I am happy to call Canter Green my home!
