Robin Hill Apartments

The water pipes break at least every other month so you’re left with no water for 1-3 days at a time. They allow unwelcomed dogs in a cat only complex. The smells are from the 70’s, and yes THEY STILL ALLOW PEOPLE TO SMOKE IN THE UNITS, AND IT TRAVELS!! The boiler makes extremely loud thumping noises in the winter multiple times daily throughout the day. Their maintenance is quick but only half do the job, then complain about doing their job while in your apartment. THERE IS NO POOL, an amenity... that those of us that have signed a lease prior to them removing it are paying for. They really don’t enforce their own rules. Dead, nonfunctional vehicles take up parking spaces, extra people are living in apartments making more noise and taking up parking that those of us that actually pay should be able to use. The ladies in the leasing office made my move SO easy! I moved from out of state so there was a lot of back and forth but they stuck with me; We were in constant contact throughout my transition. Made me comfortable knowing that they genuinely wanted to help me! Loving my new place so far

Robin Hill Apartments is located in Voorhees walking distance to PATCO Speedline, 5 min to WhiteHorse Pike and about 10 min to 295. Neighborhood is residential and friendly. I have traveled through this area the past 10 yrs all hours of day and night to take PATCO to Philly and it always appears peaceful. Nearby Echelon Mall is also a nice perk. On my visit the grounds were well groomed and the apartments clean, updated and well maintained. Private apartment entrances are well lit and screen... doors are installed so you can let fresh air in!!! Apartment layouts are spacious with good closet space.
