3+ years now. They get up as early as 3 in the morning, stomping, dropping heavy objects for 10-15 minutes. Daily, more than 15 hours all day long in an irregular pattern day in and day out. Got recorded videos of them. Several previous neighbors complained about them and moved out after two weeks due to upstairs at 81A. Calling anyone, police and/or landowner have tried to contact them, and upstairs seemingly goes quiet for hours to pretend they aren't home. Their excuse, the one time we… confronted them, was lying about dropping a phone at 6 in the morning, and justifying that they can mistreat everyone around them, including downstairs, because in the past they had to deal with rowdy childish behavior from their old upstairs in another apartment. So they think it's okay to be rude, inconsiderate, and immature to everyone around them in the present day.

I have gone to the ER several times in the past 3+ years more so, because of the stress these people put me through. Loud noises, such as doors slamming, stomping with full force, doing anything upstairs can to constantly shake the entire part of a building, is very upsetting and causes me to lose sleep. I have not slept well in 3+ years. They have got to go. There are laws that state you mustn't cause noise at 10pm to 7am. 81A Upstairs are up and dropping heavy furniture at 3-4 am in the morning. Several folks have moved out and left due to upstairs and I am unable to move out unfortunately. I got several video recordings of upstairs dropping heavy objects and furniture above me, even shaking the entire room.
