Don’t Do it

Facilities always broken, no pool, apartments are old and infested. Was there 2 years, learned my lesson. Cheap isn’t better.

Lovely Place, Maintenence is Awful

The apartment itself is beautiful and a great value for the price. The area is lovely, convenient and quiet for the most part. My only complaint is that maintenance is impossible to get. I’ve also had some minor issues with bugs, and the heat does not adjust so it gets extremely hot in the apartment during the winter months.

Value For Money

I lived here for few years. Very spacious apartment and the rent is good value for money. The community is safe and friendly. Great location for commuters to NYC. Diana in the rental office is very helpful and tries her best to keep the residents happy. The maintenance crew is great & shows up fast if you need one.

Do not love here!!!

This is place is awful!!! To start off there is barely any parking, the laundry mat washers are always breaking down and barely repaired. It's disgusting!!! The smell is horrible. When is come to maintenance it is awful there too. You call and the guy shows up whenever he feels like it and sometimes he doesn't show up at all. Be prepared to have the hot water turned off on you without warning and the water itself. The heat in the winter is also a problem. Please save yourself money and time and… go elsewhere
