I totally agree with the review below. In addition to it, the floor is very thin so you can hear every foot step from the top of your apartment.(You can track where they are)
You will be waking up if someone above your apartment walks around during night.

This place is beautiful, but comes with many institutional flaws. The walls are paper thin; you can hear everything from the hallways and next apartments. The AC makes a very loud and disruptive noise across the apartment. The website is advertised as having a full lobby and free shuttle service to NYC, but neither of these actually exist. They do not give you keys to the actual building; just the garage so you have to walk up a large dangerous ramp and risk being hit by a car. When you call for... clarification on these issues, they are unprofessional and vague. Lastly, when they make billing issues they freely push the blame to you and charge extra. Read More
