I’ve been here 10 years

It will take months to get maintenance fixed. Service requests are often marked as fixed with no one ever coming to fix. When the cheap appliances break down they will blame the tenants and refuse to repair. Parking is terrible and there is little to no enforcement of the vehicles parked in fire zones and obstructing traffic. Pool is expensive and never open the full season. Tenants have had to start a tenant group to deal with the neglect of management. Management tried increasing rent to… around 7% to have tenants pay for improvements such as a gym which they would then be charged for. Parking lots and balconies eroded or rotten. Damage from roof leaks never fixed. Dumpsters overflowing.

I enjoy my apartment very much

I love the quiet, the grounds, the people and the pool. I love the cliffs and gardens and the view of the city. I only see that the maintenance takes several calls to get something fixed, but it's usually something little and not a major deal. I think all 2nd floor apartments should have rugs mandatory and they do make noise and sometimes unaware that there are people living on the first floor. It's also not a major deal but a little annoying. I do enjoy living in this 2 bedroom 2… bathroom apartment as I have guests who feel at home when they visit. I have many closets, more than most. All in all, it's my choice to live here and it's the nicest place around. Maintenance - wake up and take vitamins. I give it 4 stars!

Friendly staff and beautiful grounds

I've been living here for almost a year and I love it! My neighbors are very friendly and the management company is very helpful and responsive to any maintenance requests.
