Bait & Switch! If I could leave 0 stars, I would! One price online and a higher price when you sign!! They tell you the prices just increased but the prices are still online?? No... TOTAL bate and switch, multiple other tenants have said they told them the same thing and they moved in at different times! They change rules on a whim, there's no parking so you BETTER be home before 8pm or you won't have a parking spot. NO amentities, unless you talk about the "gym" with only about 4 machines and… the hours are ridiculous. The laundy rooms (only 2 total in the complex for over 300 renters) the dryers hardly dry your clothes. The office hours suck. They dont open until most people have gone to work and close before people get home. Maintenance is a COMPLETE joke, and don't know how to fix anything, or paint over leaks and say they didnt see anything but it was wet and dripping before they got there!! Let's not forget the incompetent office "staff", one hand doesn't know what the other is doing, and Maintenance guys are always in there talking to the young girl. Office people say "you're on the list" to get something done, then never show up or call after you've waited all day. They advertise garbage disposals... where?? Not in the apartments! Security systems?? I don't know ONE person who has one, and the "gated complex"? IT'S A JOKE! First off, office staff and maintenance are very rude.

Secondly, if you do not want to ever have anything updated or fixed, then you have the right place.

Our oven has been non-functioning for almost 7 years, have had an ongoing black mold problem in the bathroom for 6+ years, haven’t had a working smoke alarm in well over a month, and several other illegal issues. No matter how many times you call to put in work orders, or stop in to reiterate the issues, they don’t get fixed.

I really like living here. The apartments are nice and cozy, and the people who manage it are cool too.

This place is a joke all they do is give you the run around. You can't see the unit you're going to be living in just a model apartment which is the office haha. I do not recommend anyone even bother by applying. Staff is rude and they do not care.
