    My Honest Review

    I have been living at Cliff View Gardens apartments for over 2.5 years, and I would like to share my honest review.

    First, the property is well-maintained and managed efficiently. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, and there is a noticeable presence of older residents, which I consider a positive aspect. The location is excellent, as it is conveniently situated right next to Route 17. Additionally, there is a 7-11 right next door, which is perfect for late-night snack cravings.

    The    … apartments are clean, and the maintenance service is outstanding. Jamie, the manager, is very responsive to any issues, and Gabriel is quick to fix or replace anything that’s broken, often on the same day. This has been my experience so far. When management is reliable, it really speaks volumes about the property.

    If you talk to most tenants, you will find that many have lived here for decades. I truly love living here! Wood-Ridge is a very clean town, and you will understand what I mean once you visit.
