My Honest Review

I have been living at Cliff View Gardens apartments for over 2.5 years, and I would like to share my honest review.

First, the property is well-maintained and managed efficiently. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, and there is a noticeable presence of older residents, which I consider a positive aspect. The location is excellent, as it is conveniently situated right next to Route 17. Additionally, there is a 7-11 right next door, which is perfect for late-night snack cravings.

The... apartments are clean, and the maintenance service is outstanding. Jamie, the manager, is very responsive to any issues, and Gabriel is quick to fix or replace anything that’s broken, often on the same day. This has been my experience so far. When management is reliable, it really speaks volumes about the property.

If you talk to most tenants, you will find that many have lived here for decades. I truly love living here! Wood-Ridge is a very clean town, and you will understand what I mean once you visit.

Just moved after 17 years and I miss it

5 out of 5!! Great place to live, management team lead by Jamie is 1st class & so professional!!! Love the place could not imagine a better apartment experience!! Miss the CliffView!!

Not happy

Disappointed!I have been going to the office to look for a rental several times during business hours and no one was there. When I finally got someone on the phone, she was very rude.They will not be getting me as a tenant.

Nicely priced

These apartments are a tad dated but the location is great. close to Route 17, Route 3 and Route 46.
The office is open until around 5 and the people who work there are very friendly and helpful.

Cliff View Garden Apartments, Wood-Ridge, NJ

Have lived in same apartment for 13 years. It's in a wonderful setting -- quiet and peaceful. Within walking distance of basic amenities in town. Easy access to mass transportation to get to NYC. Accommodating managerial staff and building maintenance. Highly recommended.
