I've been attempting to contact this property for days to enquire about a 2 bed. The employees answer and then before you can even get out a word.... put you on hold.... to be transferred to their service desk who is just as rude and incompetent. The service desk can't answer any questions about the property. Their only response is we'll have the Kelly or one of her associates call you back.... But they won't... When it was time for me to move in , my apartment was not ready .... they JUST finished glazing the bathtub, so I couldn’t stay there on my move in date .. my shower head was brown, nasty and dirty . My bedroom door couldn’t shut all the way , so they had to come and sand it down. My livingroom carpet had nails all over the place, and 2 of my living room windows still don’t have screens as I type this !! The blinds didn’t cover the entire window , and in the winter they don’t control the heat… very well! There’s been nights we’re I went to sleep cold AND WOKE UP COLD! The doorknobs in the unit weren’t so good so I had to buy my own doorknobs and put them on myself! These apartments are over priced and are not worth wasting your money on . My apartments was smaller than the pictures advertised . I’ve been attempting to contact this property for the past two weeks to walkthrough available two bedroom apartments. I’ve heard nothing, I’ve called, I’ve messaged, I’ve even tried physically going to the office. If it’s this hard to get a response when I’m trying to give them money, I wonder how long it takes to get a response when I need something fixed...

LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! WARNING!!!! THESE APARTMENTS ARE FALLING APART. ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE POSTED BY THE MANAGEMENT. THEY HAVE BED BUGS, AND ROACHES! MAINTENANCE NEVER ANSWERS PHONE OR ANSWERING SERVICE MESSAGES. PARKING LOT IS ALL BROKEN UP AND TRASH DOESN’T GET PICKED UP REGULARLY. IT’S NOT WORTH MORE THAN $500-$600 PER MONTH!!!
