Bluewater Village

The people here are very helpful the common areas are very clean everything you need is a walking distance from the apartments, the pool and gym always available and clean , so you are here almost near the heaven in the middle of the city

Nothing is as promised, awful management and noisy

Bluewater Village looks reasonable but don't be fooled. It is poorly managed, nothing is ever fixed and was poirly constructed. Monarch Properties other locations should also be avoided as the issues are as much caused by them as the property managers.

The electrical outlets frequently do not work and a UL listed microwave caused the curcuits to break. The lock on the patio was not fixed after four tries and on close inspection the apartment was filthy when we moved in. There is minimal bus… service and almost nothing in the neighborhood close by.

It was always too hot in the winter and it appeared it was heated even when furnace was off. And to get air conditioner to turn on you had to set thermostat to below 70 and then it was about 65 degrees. The utility bills run high for this reason. Water bills are divided among all tenants so even if you conserve water, that bill is also high.

The only thing I liked about it was the floors in the kitchen and bathroom. They were easy to clean.This is poorly made housing and the owners are not invested in doing more than the bare minimum.
