Don’t know what these negative comments are talking about! This is by far one of the best places Ive lived. The complex is always clean. I never see or hear of any crime! Manager is very nice! Maintenance always shows up in a timely manner. The layout of the apartments are so cute! If your looking to feel at home this is the place to be!!!

I honestly don't understand why there are so many negative reviews on this place or about the property manager. I've lived here for almost a year now and I think this complex is very nice, especially for the price you pay. The property manager does have a strong personality, but as long as you are reasonable and respectful, she'll treat you with the same consideration. This place is very affordable and is in a great location! There seems to be little-to-no crime, and it's very accessible to... uptown and the mall. The neighbors are kind for the most stuff part and it honestly does feel like a community. I also think the complex is very cute and home-y! Ultimately, I'm inclined to believe those who left strongyly-worded negative reviews had personal issues that should not reflect upon the quality of these apartments. If you're looking for a charming and affordable place to live, whether you're a student or a family, look no further than here. :)

The property manager is SO rude. You have to wait forever for repairs and even then it’s poorly done. They seem nice before you sign your lease but afterwards they are HORRIBLE!
