Neighbor issues

I have lived here a while and it seems they will let anybody move here. I’ve seen families with five kids come and they leave everything a mess, they are always loud and I constantly complain of the smell. The sewer started to fill up my sink and it doesn’t matter, the circus stays!

Worst Ever

I complain weekly. The manager and maintenance are permanently revolving, and it stinks when garbage is thrown in the alley and is everywhere and nobody bothers to clean it up. The kids play there and I’ve seen lighter fluid and underwear lying around!!

Too Late Now

Unfortunately, we signed a year lease. I can't wait until the lease is done and we can find a decent place to live. Upon move-in, the apartment wasn't cleaned and the locks were compromised.
Find another place to live.

Worst apartment complex ever!!!

This has to be far thee worst apartment complex I have ever lived in!! The only good thing was the maintenance man! We were ripped off left and right! Car was stolen 4x!!!! Broken into 3x!!! People jumped my backyard 2x!!! Managers lie!! They went through 3 in less than a year!!! Lied on my lease and everything!!! To save you the trouble and credit DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!

The property manager was not understanding. Maintenance people didn't help us with the leak that we had until 3 weeks later.
