Came to the office with two concerns. Problem with the front door and a drippy faucet in the bath.

The door problem was resolved in less than 2 hours.
The drippy faucet resolved in less than 3 days (over a holiday weekend)

Very friendly staff and maintenance crew. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

I like this apartment! I moved here last year and I just signed a lease for another year. I live in a two bedroom/1 bath apartment. The living room is great! It is a good sized rectangle and a perfect wall for my 5 big bookcases!!
The kitchen has a breakfast bar that make the kitchen open to the living room. I love that! If I have guests over I can prepare food in the kitchen and still be able to converse with my guests! Under the bar in the kitchen are great cabinets for small appliances and… pots and pans.
The bedrooms are good sized and the larger bedroom has two long wall closets and the smaller bedroom has one. There is also a front hall closet and a nice storage closet in the front hall. So there is plenty of storage!!
The bathroom is a nice size with good storage under the sink. When i moved in it had brand new wood grain patterned vinyl flooring in the front hall, kitchen and bathroom and new carpet in the bedrooms.
I think it is a reasonably priced place with your utilities attached to your rent. One bill makes it EASY!! Read More
