Do not rent from them. They do not respect tenants. They Have entered units without notice and have raised rent without adding any value to units. They do not respond in a timely manner and are extremely unpredictable.

I just moved in 9/22- so far so good. Good enough value especially with utils included. Time will tell if this review holds...

Filthy and smelly. Is a pool but always empty. Some neighbors are nice but there are some extremely horrible ones. Laundry is run down and roach infested. One washer and dryer not working for months and there isn't out of order signs. Several dogs running loose that use restrooms near clothing lines toward the only dumpster. Only one maintenance person so if repairs need done expect a long wait. Rent is no longer 490. Try close to 600 for one bedroom. They do repairs on vacant... apartments to make it nice and to hide alot of flaws. Goodluck to all. Two years ago Frank was manager and maintenance now it is Destiny. Get everything in writing, make sure your requests have a due date or it could be years. Write down what she says when something will be done and wait. My daughter and I moved into our spacious nice, 1 bedroom apartment 1 year ago. At first, I wasn't to thrilled about the idea because of the location and neighborhood, but recently starting out as a single mother, the price fit the budget! There are also 2bedrooms available and all utilities included in the rent!! Our landlord is incredibly friendly and the neighbors are quiet and respectful! Even though we personally do not have pets, Playa del Sol are pet friendly and everyone is clean when it... comes to picking up after their pets!! Our apartment has 1 bathroom, spacious kitchen/dining area, and large closet spaces! New carpet in living room and bedroom and nice tile floors everywhere else!! What I enjoy most, is our front yard is gated, which is a perfect play area for my 2yr. old! Very safe!! Parking in front of the apartments and bars on the windows for security! Our apartment complex is located close to my daughter's daycare and there are various public schools very close also! Public transportation is a block away if needed and store locations or restaurants are all around! Since moved in, I have not experienced any water, utility, nor building maintenance problems and our landscaping is very well kept up on a daily basis!!! They serve a few locations all over the surrounding new mexico area. The maintenance do work 24hrs in case of emergency problems, and I love that we have a laundry facility on site!
