I love living here, at Rio Vista Apartments. I moved in last year, November 1st, and the manager, Alysia and the administrator Kathleen, are very helpful and kind. Maintenance personal Lawrence stays on top of things, and is Awesome at what he does! I would definitely recommend living here.

I live in these apartments and II just wanna say that Lawrence the caretaker does the work of three men, inside and out. he keeps the place in excellent shape.Viva Lawrence.Alicia the prop manager is Terrific as is Kathleen The PR person. Niice place to live.
