Actually Fixes Things

This is the first complex I have lived at that actually does what they say they are going to do, when my AC was having issues, the maintenance guy told us he couldn't fix it but they would have someone out, and they did and gave us a temp ac till the appointment.

old old old

old apartments lots of cracks lots of roaches office always closes early so you gotta rush home to pick up package or wait until next day tiny gym room is in the mailroom so you can pick you up mail and see me sweat

just check it out yourself - reviews are fake cuz they give a discount to ppl renewing lease by writing a 5 star review

Requires 30 notice to release rental history

I was trying to rent a house while still living here...She would NOT release
my rental history UNTIL I paid my lease buy out and gave 30 days notice!!!
I have never heard of this...what if I hadn't got the house???
I think that the manager makes up rules when it is to HER benefit.
Really glad that I am moving.
