Lacking maintenance

I have lived here for 5 years and lived through 3 different managment companies. The current one is by far the worst. They cannot keep employees and take weeks to fulfill maintenance requests even with daily phone calls. This is unacceptable. Promises are made that it will be done, but they do not fulfill their promises. The remodeled apartments are nice and it's great to have refrigerated air (when it's working), but have something break and you are left hanging.

Clean and Beautiful just as the Pictures!

I loved this place. The entire staff was always smiling, helpful and nice. All I can say is I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back if I ever needed an apartment again.
