Not a safe place anymore
I’ve lived here almost 10 years. At first everything was good, the units are a really good size and have a nice layout. Maintenance is pretty responsive. Things have gone downhill over the last few years. They use to have security patrols at night, but they never did much. There are always homeless digging through the trash. They set the large item pickup area on fire. Twice my vehicle was broken into. There was a literal shoot out in one of the apartments. Overall I’ve enjoyed living here but I... just don’t feel safe anymore.
