Copperstone Apartments

Have had the pipes in the wall behind hot water heater break because they use bad fittings on all of them when built. On each of the 2 occasions this water leak flooded our bedroom. Dryer knobs keep breaking. Door lock doesn't work half the time, we have to bang our key in with a rock now. We have BUGS, SPIDERS (even Brown Rucluse) and FLEAS! We beg for repairs,and beg for Bug Sprays ALL the time. The ceiling & floor is VERY THIN, you can hear everything. From the upstairs neighbors.... Unfortunately we rarely have any peace & quiet. I have a horrible back injury & cannot work, I would love to find a nicer apartment. I am disabled for life and in excruciating pain with my inju, I then was diagnosed with Arachnoiditis, a spinal cor disease. We need help very much. I hated to even describe the apartment issues. I do really like these apartments. The facilities are well maintained, the amenities are modern, and one of my favorite features include a washer and dryer in the apartment. The pools are really nice too. The problem is the rent, which is kind of crazy given that I am paying 900 for a one-bedroom apartment. The rent issue is pretty closely related to the fact that this is a newer development during an oil boom. Otherwise a very nice place to live.
