New Manager

Welcome Geraldine as the new onsite Manager! She’s so friendly and easy to talk to! It’s great living at Summerwind Terrace! It’s so close to everything just off Joe Harvey Blvd and Grimes but very quiet! And we can park right outside our townhome! We give it a solid 5 stars!

Great place to stay

Summerwind has made so many improvements from what I seen in the past. New management, new maintenance & newly remodeled spaces. Management is so kind & informative when I go to the office to ask questions. Quiet neighborhood near walmart and plenty of restaurants.

Summerwind terrance

Place is okay place to get you started. The management has update the outside, pool and fence area. However, when comes to fixing any issues with your apartment it rarely happens. I have injure myself many times and land lord refuses to fix any issues.

Summerwind Terrace Appartments

The apartments have just been renovated and they look soooooo nice. I absolutely LOVE them!!! There are some minor issues but nothing that cannot be fix, for example there is a leak coming from the hose on the patio, but other than that everything is amazing! They are getting new appliances for all the apartments and pretty soon the rent is going to go up with all these new renovations that are happening! So I suggest you snag one while the price is still right!! And also this website is… amazing!! I was looking all over town and other websites and never seen these apartments listed. So i will definitely be suggesting this website to anyone looking for an apartment anywhere!!
