I moved out due to the high rent increase plus the fact we didn't have Mail boxes on property, and continuous a/c issues. The property is nice communication through the move out process was lacking. I'm assuming everything was good with the unit since I have not heard anything. These are older buildings with cheaper components and everything is run down (at least my unit). That's fine, the location is good, it's scenic here, and it's pleasing from the outside. But the customer service isn't great, the unit was dirty when I moved in, my washer and dryer are missing, windows don't open, blinds are hard to use... After 2 1/2 years of living there (no complaints, always paid on time) I was billed extensively for normal wear and tear on the way out.
