I was able to move in quickly; customize my yard to work with my dog (my expense, but still, easy permission); great maintenance crew - IF you have an emergency, they are quick to respond AND did routine maintenance to help prevention of emergencies.

Those two statements underscore the experience here.

The units have ventilation systems that while independent, are not sealed apart from one another.It all becomes exacerbated when you are running your air because the means by which your air gets contaminated is through the vents and related closet. Have fun with the smell of cigarettes or weed.

You will hear your neighbors if they lack what it means to be conscientious. You will hear everything. Worse... when it is carnal.

So, if you want peace and quiet to study, read, etc... then good luck.

With all that said, it is clear the main problems predicate on your neighbors. I advise probing out your neighbors if you look at a unit here. But maybe you would fit right into that type of crowd.

Management is actually good in terms of responding to typical service orders.

However, their hired workers who do some of the seasonal stuff like heating and cooling changes will often shortchange the work like a car mechanic that doesn't actually change your oil kind of thing. Or they just make errors doing the changes. Read More
