    Wonderful Place to Live

    I lived here for 5 years with my partner & dog, and it was truly the best apartment I have ever lived in. I would say that it was my house, because the space is so large that while it is technically an apartment, it feels like a home. Joni is an amazing landlord - incredibly responsive if things came up, and was always happy to help ensure that the place met our needs. It is very dog friendly, with dog bags and trash cans easily available, and the walls are very well insulated so it was very… rare that you could hear what was going on in a different room, let alone what was happening in another apartment. We moved in to this space when I started my graduate program, and I was able to easily work from home and attend classes w/o difficulty while living here. It was very bittersweet to move out, as this was such a wonderful place to live, but I know that if I end up back in LC, I will definitely reach out to Joni again to see what spaces she has available.
