Honestly you’re paying for what you get. There are beautiful trails in the back of the apartments and it is very secluded. BUT I did not feel safe towards the ending of our stay. Appliances are extremely out of date (our milk was always frozen because of the freezer). Maintenance was nice and would leave a note for when to expect them. Management has too many properties and you can tell. Would email about problems and get told there isn’t much they could do. When I moved in the apartment was absolutely disgusting. The carpets were very dirty, mice poop was found in the kitchen and dog hair in the fridge. The management emphasizes that when you vacate, the carpets need to be professionally cleaned but ours was not when we moved in. They also keep half of your deposit when moving out for a “cleaning fee” but they give you a dirty apartment when moving in. It does not make sense. The Pinnacle group needs new management ASAP.

Lived here in 2009 and I had a beautiful experience I love the area and management, it’s a great spot to live.

The apartments themselves where a good size for the price. Super cheap. It had a great view and your backyard is a great walking/hiking area. Which is why I decided to stay.

When we got the apartment it had brand new carpet, but the bathrooms and kitchen were disgusting. Before we even started moving our things inside I cloroxed and scrub the hell out of every single inch of that place. When we left the apartment I did the same thing. Yet, they had the audacity to take more than half of our... deposit for "cleaning". When we left the apartment it was cleaner than when we got it, we even had the carpets professionally cleaned. The deposit was only $300, but still, it was pretty upsetting.

The maintenance was actually pretty good, we never had any problems. Whenever we had an issue, we let them know, and they would come right away. Our stove broke and in 2 days we had a brand new one. (the stove was pretty old)

Unfortunately the environment (the people living in those apartments) are not (not sure hot to not sound pompous) good. While living there I saw a man beat his wife/girlfriend. The neighbors behind us would have bad fights, like bad. One time he too hit his wife. When I would walk to the mailbox I could smell weed, bad. The tenants would trash the area, and there would be no cleaning. I saw a couple of fights too, and tenants would arrive with their music as high as possible at 3 am, too often and in the middle of the week.
