The house is located in Enchanted Hills located off of 550 in Rio Rancho.

I am home all day with my dog Copper & Penny (unless they are going to doggy daycare) they are wonderful to be around and has very high energy and love meeting new people!
They only bark at things they don't know and become calm after that.

The house is also smoke-free.

Grocery shopping, restaurants, and other stores are 10 minutes away.
Hospitals, a brand new Defined Fitness nearby, and a Bosque Brewery with amazing views of the Rio Grande River and Sangre de Christo Mountains.
There are mountain trails within 20 minutes!

Rent includes utilities and WIFI.

REQUIRED FOR MOVE-IN: 1st Month's Rent and $500 Cleaning/Damage Deposit. $300 of Cleaning/Damage Deposit will not be refunded and used for cleaning/repairs (Prearrival and Departure) cleaning during stay is the tenant's responsibility.
