Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 6 AM. A lost key fee is $50, and a lost gate remote fee is $100. Please park only in the designated parking area. Smoking indoors is not allowed, and a $500 cleaning fee will be charged if you smoke in the house. Pets are not allowed, and a $300 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of a pet is found. Off-street parking is limited to two vehicles for this two-bedroom house. Check-in and check-out times are specified in the house manual or booking confirmation.
