The home is equipped with a smart TV that allows you to stream your favorite shows but does not have traditional cable. The garage is not to be used for parking vehicles. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Smoking indoors is not allowed, and a $500 cleaning fee will be charged if you smoke in the house. Pets are not allowed, and a $300 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of a pet is found. Off-street parking is limited to two vehicles in designated areas.
