This home is located in central Santa Fe, right along St Francis Drive, and there is potential for outside road noise and foot traffic due to the property's proximity to the center. Quiet time in the neighborhood is between 10 pm and 6 am. The lost key/lockout fee is $50. Smoking indoors is not allowed, and if renting a multi-house property and other guests are located adjacent or near your rental, do not smoke within 20 feet of other renters or houses, or you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee.
