I recently moved in and the apartments are beautiful!
The location is convenient and I can literally walk to three restaurants. Highly recommend not to mention the staff is amazing !

Since July of 2021, when Camino Real became ready for occupancy, I have enjoyed living here. The accommodation is modern and contemporary. There are gracious floor plans of 1-,2-, and 3 bedroom apartments.. They are total electric residence s with thermostatic control for air conditioning and heat.
The kitchens and bathrooms have gleaming fixtures, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances with a microwave oven and dishwasher, laundry equipment in every apartment.
Our building has three... floors with each apartment having smooth floors, bright windows with blinds and a balcony with a sliding door for ventilation. Every unit has overhead lighting. We also have a common area for parties which includes a full kitchen ,2 bathrooms and is fully furnished with with WIFI and a TV. They also feature a great fitness center and excellent shopping proximity.
The staff is great and location as well, I recommend living here.

Lovely location, decent landscaping, nice little gym. The sinks back up easily even when we’re careful. Very much an ant issue in the building, which they “address” by haphazardly spraying chemicals into our kitchen. We still have ants so I’m not necessarily comfortable with chemicals that I can’t withdraw consent from when they don’t work. I really do love the neighborhood. Lots of families, a playground/park and a sprouts and a burger king and a movie theater, all within walking distance.

Great location with easy walking access to shopping! The apartments are well-maintained, beautiful, and offer amazing views. Definitely a wonderful place to live

The common areas, especially the carpeted hallways, are poorly maintained and have a persistent, unpleasant odor, creating an unsanitary living environment. Despite frequent rent increases, management neglects basic upkeep, including carpet cleaning, which falls under their responsibility.
In addition to the lack of maintenance, security is severely inadequate. Package theft is a common issue, and tenants can expect frequent problems receiving Amazon and other deliveries. Given these ongoing... concerns and management’s lack of responsiveness, it’s no surprise that many Los Alamos employees choose to live elsewhere.
