Avoid This Place – Management is Completely Unprofessional
I will absolutely not be renewing my lease at The Bluffs at Tierra Contenta, and it is solely because of the property manager, Rebecca Dodd. If you value your hard-earned money, peace of mind, and being treated with basic respect, I strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere.
Rebecca shows a complete lack of care, attention, and integrity for her position. Her work ethic is incredibly questionable; whenever the other leasing... agent is out on a Wednesday, rather than stepping up to handle her managerial duties, she completely shuts down the leasing office just to avoid dealing with tenants. It is unacceptable for a property manager to ghost the entire community because they don't want to do their job.
On top of being unreliable, she is consistently rude, deeply unprofessional, and comes off as very anti-children. A residential community should feel welcoming to families, but her attitude makes it hostile.
I refuse to give my hard-earned money to a complex that employs someone so checked out and disrespectful. Save yourself the headache and look at other options in the area. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. From day one, our apartment was not even properly cleaned before our move-in date, which set the tone for everything that followed.
The most serious issue has been an ongoing bed bug infestation that started in December and is STILL not resolved. This is a serious health and safety concern, and management has failed to properly address it despite multiple complaints.
The property... manager, Beck, is extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Any time you try to bring up concerns, she avoids accountability, cuts conversations short, and makes you feel like a burden instead of a resident. To make matters worse, she refuses to provide corporate contact information when requested, which feels very intentional.

My family and I have been living at The Bluffs of Tierra Contenta for 5 years and we never have problems. When we requested something to be fixed, they came the next morning. The mechanics know what they're doing and they are amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is very kind to one another, and there's a library right across the street where the kids can easily go without any problems. Overall, it's worth living here and my family has been happy and safe since we moved in.
