I just moved in on April 2, 2019 and I love the property it is so quite up here in Boulder City, originally lived in Henderson for 9 years and it was just too noisy. and over crowded. I love my new place it is smaller than what I have but that is what I wanted and Lynn and maintenance are so helpful and nice. I would recommend anyone to come live here and experience Boulder City for the peace of mind
