The indoor living area features 4 Roku smart TVs with complimentary cable service, new Casper memory foam mattresses, room darkening shades, and a dining table with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, and electric kettle, along with organic coffee, tea, non-dairy creamer, and sugar substitutes provided.
Guests have access to 2 unassigned parking spots, which are not to be used for commercial or recreational vehicles. Parking passes must be displayed in the vehicle at all times, and there is a $50 replacement fee charged per pass if not returned before departure. The complex’s shared outdoor pool is typically open from mid-June to Labor Day, and guests can access the local recreation center for an additional fee, which includes a gym, fitness classes, indoor lap pool, sauna, and complimentary child care.
Incline Village truly has something for everyone in every season! In the summer, public beaches like Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and Zephyr Cove are a short drive from the home. Amazing hiking and trails are nearby at Tunnel Creek and Mt. Rose. In the winter, the home is steps away from the free Diamond Peak shuttle service or a short drive to ski resorts including Mt. Rose - Ski Tahoe, Northstar Ski Resort, Alpine Meadows Ski Resort, and Heavenly. The home is also close to several restaurants and a Raley’s grocery store.
Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am, and county rules must be followed at all times. The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age. Absolutely no smoking in the home or outside space, with a $300 fee for violations. Pets are not permitted, including service animals or cats due to allergies. Parking passes, house keys, and beach passes must be returned or a replacement fee will be charged. If you purchase credits on a beach card and use more than agreed upon, a $250 penalty fee plus the overage amount will be charged.
