The East Shore Trail is 1.5 miles from the home, and Tunnel Creek hiking/biking is a 5-minute drive. Mt. Rose is about 15 minutes by car, Kings Beach is 10–12 minutes away, and Zephyr Cove is 25–30 minutes. The neighborhood is close to a variety of local restaurants, Raley’s grocery store, coffee shops, and casual dining within minutes. Incline Village is quiet, upscale, and known for safety, natural beauty, and incredible year-round recreation.
Quiet hours are observed between 9pm - 8am. Smoking is absolutely not allowed in the home or outside space, and any violation is subject to a $300 fee. Pets are not permitted due to a family allergy. Events are not allowed. The person booking the home must be the primary guest staying in the home and be at least 25 years of age. Parking passes, house keys (if used), and beach passes must be returned or a replacement fee will be charged. If you purchase credits on a beach card and use more than agreed upon, you will be charged a $250 penalty fee plus the overage amount.
