Pets are welcome; please include pets in your reservation and follow house rules.
Located in the heart of Incline Village, a quiet, upscale Lake Tahoe community, this home is about 2–3 minutes on foot to the Incline Village Championship Golf Course, around 5 minutes by car to Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe, roughly 7–10 minutes to Diamond Peak Ski Resort, and just a 5–7 minute drive to Lake Tahoe’s beaches and shoreline. It's also close to local restaurants, cafés, and shops in Incline Village and offers easy access to nearby trails and forest roads.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood, so please respect local quiet hours between 9 PM and 7 AM. Winter stays may require 4WD/AWD or chains during storms, as mountain roads can be snowy and icy. Please shower before using the hot tub and keep glass away from the tub area. If guests fail to check out by the designated time of 10 AM, a late check-out fee of $100 will be applied. If a vehicle is found to be dripping oil on the property, a cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of removing stains and restoring the area.
