Parking is available on the driveway for up to 2 cars, and street parking is available in front of and across the house on a first-come, first-served basis. Small events and gatherings can be hosted upon approval and may incur an extra charge. Wood, charcoal, or propane for the fire pit and BBQ grill are not provided but can be supplied for $100. A $50 charge applies if the BBQ grill is left dirty after use. A pet fee of $52 for 1-2 pets or $82 for 3-4 pets applies, with a $250 fine for unregistered pets. Early check-in is available for $50 from 2:30 PM, and late check-out is available for $50 until 1 PM. Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out will incur a $150 fine.
