Very good first impression
I moved into a 2-bedroom apartment in May, 2025, so my review is currently based on less than one month of living here. Aura is obviously an upscale apartment complex with very nice amenities. What's equally important is that it is a relatively small community with only 180 or so apartments. This has a lot of benefits and is the main reason why I preferred Aura to the nearby high-rises: I've tried living on a high floor in a luxury condo and it was not very practical.
The location is within... walking distance to a pretty large area of the Strip and still allows easy access in and out for everyday errands.
The one thing that stands out to me so far is that the management actually enforces the rules for the community actively. As someone who always tries to follow the rules myself, this is a big plus. It helps make the community safer and there are consequences if you leave a mess at the trash chute, smoke on the balconies, or don't clean up after your pet.
I'll try to update this review when I've lived here a few months.
